A Quick note about our founder
Nia Lancelin is a dancer, teaching artist, and mental-health professional dedicated to the intersection of creativity and well-being. She founded THRIVE Artists’ Group to give artists accessible, trauma-informed support through workshops, movement-based programs, and community resources.
Drawing on years of experience in arts education and mental-health practice, Nia creates spaces where artistry and emotional care work hand in hand—helping individuals and communities build resilience, find joy, and keep their creative voices strong.

Fuel Creativity + Care
The TAG Team is the heartbeat of THRIVE—artists, allies, and champions who believe that mental health and creativity go hand in hand.
Right now we’re growing our programs: more workshops, more classes, more events that keep artists inspired and supported.
Your energy makes it happen. Whether you give time, funds, or connections, you help bring these sessions to life and lay the groundwork for future projects like our artist pantry.
Host a workshop, class, or speaking engagement at your studio, school, or event.
Offer space, skills, or partnerships to keep creativity + mental health accessible.
Every contribution fuels current programs and seeds the pantry initiative.
