✨ STRONGER: Dance Injury Prevention + Somatic Wellness Workshop
Make it stand out
Presented in partnership with DEGAS at City Dance & Music
Join us for STRONGER, the first monthly workshop of THRIVE’s 2026 creative wellness series — a powerful 2-hour experience blending dance injury prevention, somatic awareness, and mental health tools for dancers, teachers, and creative movers.
This workshop is designed to support your physical longevity, emotional well-being, and artistic sustainability. Together, we’ll explore how the body holds tension, how to prevent common injuries, and how mindful, trauma-informed somatic practices can strengthen your alignment, technique, and mental health from the inside out.
Through hands-on demonstrations, guided movement, grounding practices, and reflective discussion, you’ll gain practical tools you can use immediately in class, rehearsal, and daily life. Whether you’re a dancer, educator, or simply someone who moves creatively, STRONGER will help you connect more deeply to your body, breath, and artistry.
We are proud to be partnering with DEGAS and hosting this workshop at City Dance & Music — supporting the Atlanta dance community with accessible, high-quality wellness programming.
Space is limited to 25 participants, with tiered pricing and 5 scholarship spots available to ensure this workshop stays accessible to our community.
